Its a pleasure to introduce you to the Fan Award Project , a community-driven initiative dedicated to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and the people at Warhorse Studios who worked on the game.

The project's main idea is simple: we are bringing fans together to create and present an award to the Warhorse team to show our appreciation for their amazing work.

This is not a traditional award organised by a company or media outlet. Instead, it is a fan-led movement where the community wants to say thank you to the developers for their effort, hard work and soul put in the game.

Within this project we work on the following areas:

Firstly, we are gathering players, fans and supporters of Kingdom Come: Deliverance who want to send thank-you messages to Warhorse.

Secondly, we are designing the award itself. This includes designing what the award represents (our gratitude, the growth of the fan community, the loyalty of the fan base and its international reach), and ensuring that it reflects the voice of the fans. The award is a trophy which is currently being crafted by a Czech blacksmith company.

Thirdly, we are collecting contributions from the community. We would highly appreciate any funds donated for the award itself, as well as for the restoration of the 14th-century Pirkštejn Castle in Rataje nad Sázavou.

Fourthly, we are creating a 'thank you' video that will give fans from all over the world the opportunity to express their gratitude.

And finally, we are planning to present the trophy to Warhorse Studios in person. With the help of the great community friend SirDoenny, we will hold an award ceremony this June in the Rattay fan festival.

The Fan Award Project is all about recognising the amazing people behind KCD2. Showing them that the appreciation from fans and that it comes first and foremost from regular players, not large media awards.
