Ozzy’s emergency vet bills

Ozzy managed to get out last night and was either struck by a car or attacked by another animal and was taken to out of hours vets in glasgow. He has fractured his pelvis and lost the use of his back legs and has possible spinal injuries that while require surgery.we are heartbroken he’s part of our family and very much loved we couldn’t live with ourselves if we got him put to sleep but vet bills could be anything up to £10000 which unattainable for us . Any help towards this would be greatly apprecciated
