My Clients just moved here from Minnesota, handed them the keys to their new place last night. However, the movers were scheduled for today.
At some point last night, the U-haul with all of their possessions (their nice family heirloom furniture, clothes, important documents) was stolen from the parking lot of their hotel in Irvine. 
Unsure if insurance will cover their possessions since they were not inside their new house yet. U-haul will only cover the truck but not personal items.
