Family with newborn burned out of condo

Hello there,

On the evening of October 7 my family and I had a fire in our condo. My poor 4-year-old's room was absolutely destroyed; even if not completely by fire a lot of smoke damage. The fire itself didn't get everything but we're looking at repairs across our place due to said smoke damage and also to replace a lot of furniture (and toys). We're also out of our home for anywhere from 6-9 months (or possibly more) while repairs are taking place.

< edit to add: In addition, on October 22 we found ourselves faced with a looming bill (ie. our portion of the building's roof repairs) in excess of $10,000 dollars, due March 2025. >
