I wanted to update everyone that Bridget passed away the afternoon of July 7. As you can imagine, the family is devastated. Hi, my name is Amy and I’m raising funds for Bridget Baxter. Several weeks ago, Bridget was rushed to the ER after being sick for several weeks. She was admitted in liver failure, which has also led to kidney failure. She was fighting two severe infections as well. After three weeks, Bridget was sent home with hospice care due to terminal organ failure. She is not eligible for any transplants at this time. Bridget just turned 40 in May, so you can imagine what a shock this has been for the family. It’s been extremely difficult to watch her decline so quickly and the delirium that the organ failure has caused is getting progressively worse. She is currently set up at her mom’s apartment and I would love to bless the family with funds to help with hiring people that can sit with Bridget during the day, as well as the mounting medical bills.
