My name is Silvia and I am asking for your help to give my children a better future during some particularly difficult times. My husband recently passed away and he was the primary breadwinner in the family. I have been focused on supporting my children, in particular my daughter who became a quadriplegic after being a victim of community violence. Although I am determined to find work and give my children the best life possible, I need your help in paying rent and covering basic living costs until I am able to find work after the pandemic allows.  Right now work is very limited and my daughter is prone to respiratory infections due to her disability, so I have to be particularly cautious with her care. The money would give me a 6-8 month period to cover rent, funeral cost, and other living expenses.
