Hi, I am a friend of the Joshua Diaz Family who have been victims of heavy rainfall in Tulare County flooding their home knee deep ruining almost everything in the home due to the water being toxic and contaminated. This left the family with almost nothing salvageable including furniture, appliances, clothing, the children's toys and other items that came into contact with the flood water. The family did not have flood insurance and is at a loss of what to do to come up with the funds to begin to rebuild. This was very unprecedented and has negatively impacted the family financially and emotionally including the children who have been displaced until they are able to rebuild what they have lost which could take months/years. If you are able to help donate to this family it would be such as blessing as they are in great need of relief which they are not getting from the Tulare County Resource Management.
