Help family displaced by the Adams Lake fire

Update: The family is getting mixed messages but their house may still be standing, they won’t be able to confirm until it’s safe to go back. They are still displaced from their home and we’re not sure what condition their home may be in and when/ if they will be able to return.

Hi, my name is Angelina Rose, and last night my cousin in law and her family of 3 lost their home and everything they own in the Adams Lake fire. They had to leave with nothing except a few mismatched clothes for their young child. They lost all their belongings, family heirlooms, carving tools, art materials and much more. We are hoping to raise some funds for them to get back on their feet and start the long healing and rebuilding journey after this devastating fire.
