Please can you join me in supporting a really important cause, which Sir Chris Hoy's sad diagnosis has highlighted perhaps more than ever before? Along with my daughter and two nieces on 7 September I am doing the 56 mile Red Route on the Tour de 4 organised by Sir Chris. The lassies are after the family donations so I am casting my net wider to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, which is close to our hearts as my dad and uncle were both taken by that cancer.
