On Sunday morning December 13th, Kenneth Riggs passed away in Red Bluff, CA. He is survived by his father, sisters,  8 children and 4 grandchildren. He was loved by many and upheld as a caring man by everyone that knew him. There is no specific “goal” for this fundraiser. Any amount donated is greatly appreciated, as it will go to helping with cremation/memorial expenses and a support fund for the bills on the house he shared with his 3 sons, Derek, Kenneth, and Brandon.
