Swee Wong and his family immigrated to the United States from Burma when he was just a child, rooting themselves in California. He attended Cal Poly Pomona where he earned his B.S. in Kinesiology and became a Physical Therapist Assistant with a degree from Concorde University. He loved playing basketball and analyzing complicated plays, cooking the best steaks, shredding the slopes, hitting deep squats and power cleans, beating everyone at Mario Kart, binging on movies, and spending time with his loved ones. To those who were fortunate enough to have known Swee, he was an incredibly kind, considerate, charismatic, laid-back, and fun-loving person.

Swee met the love of his life, Steph, in 2017. They truly brought out the best in each other - they traveled to exciting new places, raised a wild poodle named Piper, eloped spontaneously in Vegas on a day that exists only on a leap year, and brought a beautiful baby boy into this world.

In the midst of these wondrous years, Swee was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He fought courageously for his family and had the strongest support system. Unfortunately, after two years, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones.

We set up this gofundme to give Steph, his baby boy, and his family one less thing to worry about during these difficult times. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
