Family Support for Jeff Bramer

Jeff Bramer was a loving father, husband, friend, coach, and family member to many. Those that knew Jeff, know how much he cared for and helped others. He will be missed by all.

Jeff leaves behind his wife Angela, and 9 year old daughter Abigail. This fundraiser will be used to help cover the funeral and any other unexpected expenses.
