Family Support after near fatal car accident

Hi My name is Verena Mahin and Im fundraising for Adolfo Leal and his family .

My amazing longtime groom, Adolfo, suffered a near-fatal car accident last Thursday—just two days before his 37th birthday. He sustained three breaks in his spine, requiring a seven-hour surgery to stabilize it, risking partial or full paralysis. He also suffered a fractured neck, a brain bleed, and underwent reconstructive surgery on his head. Doctors say it’s an absolute miracle that he survived.

Adolfo is the kindest and most hardworking person I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. He takes immense pride in his work and loves the horses in a way that is truly rare in this business.

He approaches everything in life with a positive attitude and a smile, always willing to help anyone in need.

His recovery will be long and difficult as he learns to navigate his injuries and rebuild his strength and mobility. He is the sole provider for his family, allowing his wife to stay home and raise their two children.
