Hi everyone,

I am having a sefer Torah written for

An organization that gives a place for single 20-30 year olds to hang out, learn Torah, eat kosher food, pray and feel comfortable being Jewish in miami. 

I personally rent here and I am very involved with the guys who come. 

My goal is to have a sefer Torah donated  so the center can invite these guys for minyin through out the week and shabbos. They don’t even have one sefer Torah there yet!!

Writing and participating in the writing of a sefer Torah is a huge merit for wealth, health, children in abundance.                      

And every Jewish person has the obligation to write their own sefer Torah or participate in the writing of own.

The total cost would be $70,770.

That would cover:

-The sefer Torah 48k

-The pure silver handles

-The Torah garments (belt and cover): two variations: one for weekday/shabbos and one for holiday 

- Silver Crown for Torah 

-Silver Yad (pointer for Torah)

-Silver Choshen (breast plate)

-Seudah (festive meal for when Torah is ready to be brought into the center)

-Photography (for the hachnasas sefer Torah when the Torah is danced around with and by the seudah)

-music dj 

For the sefer Torah itself, not including the handles or cover. It will be 48k. It will be written for next Passover April 2023.

I am still getting estimates for the crown, handles and cover. As well as for the seudah, photography and music dj. But 70k will help cover everything.
