My family and I have recently went through one of the biggest hard ships we've faced. That being said its only brought us closer together, we have each other always.

One September 24th around 10pm my brother and his girlfriend were viciously attacked and almost murdered. My older brother sustained critical injuries that lead to him being hospitalized for four days. He was stabbed four times, one causing his lung to be punctured. His girlfriend was punctured in her leg, suffered slashes and punches to her face, and was strangled. If it wasn't for their strong bond they may have not survived this. They defended themselves together, now they are left with injuries and intense trauma.

We are starting the go fund me because they will be out of work for quite some time, they need help with medical bills, and bills in general. Unfortunately they also lost their home as it has been so hard to even go back inside to get their belongings. With the attack being by someone they knew, their lives will be forever altered.

They were attacked by a man his girlfriend knew for years, someone some of our family members met, someone even I met and spent some time with. They met through online gaming and their friendship lasted about 5 years. Never in a million years did we think something like this would happen, especially not someone we had known for such a long time and considered a friend at one point. We never thought he would do something like this especially being he had to fly from Canada, just to get to them.

Any help is welcome, we also want their story to be heard in hopes it could save others.
