Family seeking funds to lay Jesus Segura to rest.

Jose de Jesus Segura Navarro known as "El Camarón" Born March 9th 1954 in Guanajuato, Mexico in a little town call "El Maguey". Emigrated to the United states at the age of 18 years old by himself, later on he brought his siblings to states and family. Genaro Segura Atilano and Avelina Navarro López were his parents. He was the oldest child from 9 siblings. He settled originally in Orange County, Fullerton and worked in construction up until his disability in 2014. He was the treasurer of Hermandad Mexicana. Belonged to construction union "Union de Carpinteros". He married Maria de Los Angeles Cobian in September of 1977 and raised a family of four: Veronica, Jessica, Michael and Steven.
He is survived by his wife Gela(Maria) of 44 years, his four children and his grandchildren: Heidi, Giselle, Angela, Brianna, Emily and Mark Xavier.
On May 10th he was diagnosed with COVID, he was fully vaccinated and boosted, however, he did have underlying medical conditions such as diabetes.
He was admitted to JFK hospital on Monday May 17th as the medication prescribed was not helping and was having difficulty breathing. His body started to shot down and once he was hospitalized it was confirmed he had terminal leukemia and multiple organ failure.
He passed on Monday May 23 2022.
