family representative for brothers burial

I am raising funds to be my families representative at my brothers funeral and memorial services. His wife and two sons(8 and 10 years old) live in the town of Volcano on the big island of Hawaii. My brother, Chet H. Woolley, lost his 30 year battle with bipolar disorder March 6, 2019. He took his own life. I am the sole survivor of the 3 siblings, as my sister passed away 6 years ago from a 3 year battle with cancer. My parents are devastated.  On top of that my mothers lone sister passed away on March 18, 2019.  She will be dealing with those services.
My plan is to get to Hawaii and see what the future will look like for my sister-in-law and my 2 nephews. I need to get there before April 14, 2019.
