In a matter of moments, they lost essential belongings, clothing, and the sense of safety that comes with having a home. The fire has left them displaced and facing a long road to recovery.

Right now, our family is working to meet immediate needs like finding temporary housing, replacing basic necessities such as clothes, toiletries, and shoes, and securing food and transportation. We are also dealing with the challenge of replacing important documents like identification and social security cards, which are crucial for getting back on our feet. The recovery costs are overwhelming and not fully covered by insurance, making this time especially difficult.
