On April 15th our dear friend Janet Von Auer experienced a tragedy that no mother should go through  - the unexpected passing of her beloved son.

Janet and Jacob enjoyed spending time together, sometimes it would just be intellectual conversations or they would go to movies and the theater.  I don't know that I've met a mother more proud of her son than Janet.  She fondly talks about his intelligence, his ability to take apart any electronic device or car and put it together, and his kindness towards animals.

The grief she's going through is only made worse due to thought for the financial responsibility of the cost associated with the loss of a loved one.

The funds will be used for the cremation (TBD), vault ($320-700), the marker ($2,700-5,400) and open/closing of the grave ($1000).

Recently Janet had to quit her job due to physical stress on her knee.

Thank-you for supporting Janet and family in their time of sorrow.

For my Cigna friends you would remember Janet as our coworker and friend - she worked in the Clinical Dept and several years in Quality.
