Hi Team,

As some may have heard, one of our 27-year DaVita nurses, Daniel Guzman, is currently hospitalized in critical condition. Although Daniel primarily served the San Bernardino hospitals, throughout his time with DaVita he traveled from Riverside to Temecula, working alongside many of our nurses still in these areas. Daniel is a loving father, husband, and friend to many. As a DaVita RN, he is dependable and truly cares for his patients. I have had the honor of speaking with his wife this week as well as some of the RNs who worked alongside him for many years. He is someone who joked with his teammates, assisted new nurses, and loved his daughter immensely. If you knew Daniel or had the opportunity to work alongside him please share those memories, if you are working at Community Hospital San Bernardino in the near future please take some time to sign the card.

DaVita RNs who know Daniel have set up a Go Fund Me Page to assist his family at this time. If you feel so inclined to donate, all proceeds will be sent to his wife. Daniel made a big difference in the lives of so many patients for 27 years, we’re grateful to have had him as a teammate and friend.
