Family of 8 has daughter in terrible accident

The Storm's are a family with six children. The oldest of them is Emmalyn Rose. Her family calls her Emma. Yesterday Emma had a terrible accident. She was out riding bikes with her cousins. They were going down a hill at English Park in Owensboro Kentucky. Her brakes didn't catch. She slammed into and over concrete wall. She hit the boat dock beyond her. A lady who was at the park said that it sounded like a car slamming into the boat dock. Emma landed in between the boat dock and a concrete slab. Her head busted open down the side, completely unresponsive, and her femur busted. She was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Quickly they decided that it would be best for Emma to be flown to Norton's Children's Hospital in Louisville Kentucky. Her parents got the other five kids to family members homes for safe keeping and headed straight to Louisville. It has been a rocky night for Emma to say the least. Currently she is heavily sedated still. They are fighting to get the pressure off her brain. So they have drilled into her skull to drain the blood that is sitting on her brain. They have stitched up the other side of her head. They have her in a boot with weights on her legs holding her down to the bed. The waites are to keep pressure on her femur while they try to get her stabilized. The damage to her femur it's still unknown to some degree. They know she will have to have emergency surgery on it. Over the course of the night Emma has spiked a fever of over 108 degrees. They packed ice under her. She is now on a cooling machine. Her blood pressure is spiking and then crashing. They are going to port the medicine in to her main artery because it will burn up her veins if they give it to her intravenously. The doctor said that it looked like an ATV accident instead of a bike wreck, it was so bad. Emma is currently fighting for her life. Her parents will are missing work, and have instantly gained a need for emergency financial assistance. They need money for travel, hotel, food. For time off work to help pay the bills. Money is already tight in the house with six children as you can expect. Please give what you can. No amount is too small. But also, please pray for the family of my niece Emma. Send her good Juju, or whatever it is you do. She needs it right now. They need it right now. So do my other niece Madison and nephew Ryan Alexander who were their with her. Trying to help they best they could. I can't imagine being 17 and watching your cousin, only a few years younger than you, fly through the air and crash into the concrete like that. My nephew was commended by onlookers at the park. They said he was a hero and stayed by her side the entire time doing everything right until the ambulance took her. He and his sister are both taking it hard too as you can imagine. Please keep them all in your thoughts if you can do nothing more. Thank you.
