Family of 4 needs help with funerary costs

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. Our family needs to ask for your help to cover funerary costs for my wife, a loving mother of 3. Recently my wife of 23 plus years passed away from cancer. She was a wonderful, devoted partner and a fantastic mother of 3 children, a 12 year old son and two daughters, 8 and 6, whom she had homeschooled due to two of the three being on the autism spectrum. This was her second bout with cancer and she fought tooth and nail for the past 2 years before it finally took her. I had taken it upon myself to take off several months from work to care for her personally so that she could stay at home with her family, where she felt comfortable. Now that she has passed I find myself struggling financially with not only her funerary costs but with our children starting public school for the first time, some out of pocket medical expenses, household bills, and the costs for equipment I will need to work from home. My contact firm does not provide equipment. I should mention that I had anticipated the possibility of some of these expenses and had, what I thought, was a sufficient sum in our savings account. Sadly I was woefully insufficient in my assessment and after an entire month off already I find that we have nearly exhausted our savings with the bulk of what we will need to pay for on the horizon. I therefore ask any assistance you might be able to provide, no matter how large or small. I can promise you that any help provided will be very much appreciated by this family, who through all of the changes and tragic loss, are determined to weather this difficult time together, with your gracious help.
