Our family is going through an unimaginable ordeal after our home was deliberately set on fire. The person responsible was my daughter's ex-boyfriend, who had broken into our house while we were sleeping and stole her iPad. By tracking the iPad's location, we were able to find him, but he ran from the police and returned to our home, where he set it on fire.

In a matter of moments, we lost everything—our home, all of our belongings, and our beloved cat. My husband is a truck driver, and both my daughter and I work in the medical field. We have always worked hard to support our family, but now we are left with nothing: no home, no clothes, no food, and none of the essentials we need to get by. We are currently staying with family as we try to recover from this traumatic event.
