My mom has been suffering from cancer for many years. She first started with breast cancer and then it spread to her brain.  Since September of 2019 she had a drain placed in her head in order to remove any fluid that would cause pressure. The tumor in her brain was being treated but it began growing nonetheless. On June 9 we had to call an ambulance because she stopped responding and had a seizure.  She was on life support to help her breathe and was diagnosed with two infections. With the tumor and the infections her doctor decided there was nothing much they can do to treat her. She is home now after the doctor decided to see if she can breathe on her own and as a family we've been making sure she is comfortable through out her final days. Currently our biggest problem is the cost of her funeral. We have decided on one and although it was our most affordable one we still don't have any way to pay out of pocket.
