Family medical crisis during Paris vacation.

Hi, my name is Megan and I am fundraising for my sister Mary, the four of us were on a vacation to Paris and London, ( first time ever). On the 3rd day in Paris, Mary got ill with a kidney infection, which unfortunately turned into kidney failure.

Mary has been in ICU, on and off and back on a ventilator. It’s been challenging as none of us speak French, but the hospital staff have been wonderful. Of course our trip has been interrupted and we have spent every day at the hospital with her. So far we has been in Paris for 29 days, Mary has been in the hospital for 26 of those days. We were hoping to get her fit to fly in the next few days but we had another setback today and it looks as though it may take a little longer. We have trip insurance, but it doesn’t look as though it will cover all of the costs, and we can’t/won’t leave her alone in a foreign country. Any help would be appreciated!
