Hi I am Jessica. From Pine Island Florida, where the hurricane directly hit Sept 28th. We lived through 5 ft surge and were rescued at 230 am. My 3 children and I lost 2 vehicles and our permanent home we were working on. FEMA & Insurance did nothing to help at all. I was working 4 jobs prior to the storm.. now I've lost most of my work.. because all my jobs have no power or were destroyed during Ian. We managed to get a $1000 vehicle and a camper to stay in temporarily. We have greatly appreciated the money sent to help us obtain those things as well as dmv costs, clothes and toiletries and etc that we needed to replace. As well as being able to keep my kids in arts, sports and girl scouts. Kids need those things to feel a bit of normal qnd build good character. They are great kids and deserves it..so I pay for it. , but that all costs, the money we have received due to those add ups were a blessing but didn't last too long and Christmas is here now. So I am asking for help still/ again. If you can help, we'd greatly appreciate it. We still need help to stay afloat and keep car insurance and food etc...and materials for our home we want to rebuild. If you can't donate just please pray and share. Love you all. Happy Holidays
