My name is Sam, and I live in Canada. I’m reaching out for help on behalf of my family in Jamaica including my sisters, and neighbour who lost everything after the ca flooding caused by Hurricane Melissa.

The floodwaters rose to nearly 12 feet high, completely filling their home. Everything they owned including clothes, furniture, food, appliances, and personal belongings. They are now staying with kind neighbours, and currently have no access to resources to rebuild.

I am mobilizing needed on my own, and would greatly appreciate some assistance.

It breaks my heart to see my loved ones in this situation and to be so far away, unable to give them the hands-on help they desperately need. I’m creating this fundraiser to help them rebuild their lives and restore a sense of normalcy after losing everything.
