On 7/31/25, a devastating house fire destroyed a home in Land O Lakes that was just recently purchased after so much hard work and sacrifice to one of or good friend Waldy and his family. This occurred so quickly that made it almost impossible for them to get out. The fire quickly engulfed the home, leaving those trapped inside for longer then the body can handle. Thankfully they were rescued and quickly flown to the nearest hospital. This tragedy has left them with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

The aftermath has been difficult and heartbreaking. Currently, the affected individuals are still in the hospital and most likely will be placed in temporary housing while they determine their next steps. They have lost all belongings, including clothes, furniture, automobiles and irreplaceable items. Starting over is overwhelming emotionally and financially. They had recently just finished school shopping for there youngest kids that are still in elementary school and sadly have nothing left. Waldy has always been a hard working father and husband and always willing to help others IYKYK. Lets help him and his family out now to get back on there feet from this tragedy.

The community is being asked for support during this time. Any donation will help with immediate needs such as temporary housing, replacement clothing and shoes, food, and essential daily living items, and beginning the process of rebuilding lives and a home.
