Family in Need. I'm in Need

I never thought, I'd be in this position. That we as a family would be in this position. Jan 20th my hero, my dad suffered a stroke. Feb 10th, my 48th Bday my mom lost her 13 year battle with Alzheimer's. So I left Mpls attempting to help nurse my dad back to decent health and support him during the death of his wife of 39 years. I am having to burying my mom while finding out our family insurance policy all these years isn't active (a fight for another day.) With my dad's limited, current capabilities. It's hard getting answers for the short term solutions. A lawyer is also needed to gain power of attorney/Executor of Estate status to get insurance and property info. So I'll be in Chgo for awhile, taking FMLA to get answers and see to my dad. Again, It's hard asking for help and I HATE doing this but it's time to set pride aside and lean on my village.
