Family in Need: Ceiling Collapse Emergency

Hi! Our family is currently expected to need to leave the rental home we’re in ASAP due to it being deemed unlivable from the ceiling continually collapsing (4 times in less than a month now).

We are doing our best to stay in this area with our sons being autistic and enrolled in school; transition right in the middle of the school year would be extremely difficult. This comes as a huge shock to our budget as we are a single-family income, so although we had enough for March rent and our bills, we were not expecting to have to cut our lease in half and need to move.

Moving costs are expensive and we will likely have to pay a higher deposit since we are in the midst of re-building our credit. Anything helps. Thank you for taking the time to hear and share our story.
