Family in need after the death of their daughter

Hello, my name is Jeremy, and I am the older brother of Katharine Chi-Breau whose young and passion-filled life was ended early on August 30th, 2022.

Her passing was hard to take because of the nature of her end, which was deemed as criminal.

During the last 2 years, unbeknownst to our family (parents and myself), my sister was manipulated into stealing and moving sums of money around to obtain the attention and love that she desired from a person who did not ever have the intention of loving her in return.

She kept all of this secret from us. My parents had learned of this only after her passing because they never received the mails. Ma parents are neither internet savvy nor can they even send a text message.

A substantial amount of hidden debt has presented itself in the aftermath of this sad situation.

Mortgage payments that were never handled, taxes that were never paid, home and phone bills that were left to grow to large amounts as well. My sister dealt with all of my parent's income and was always trusted to keep track of the flow... but sadly, in the end, their trust was abused along with my sister's vulnerable lack of self-confidence.

I am asking for this amount to help make sure, my parents do not lose their house, and are able to pay for a proper funeral service to help fix the front of their house... as this was supposed to be a priority before this situation and I know not having a front wall on your house can cause even more damage over each seasonal change.

Anything can help. Here is the list of Known costs that have been left behind.

$12 000.00 of unpaid property taxes and skipped mortgage payments

$1 000.00 of unpaid electronic services for the household (Merged mobile bills along with an installed security system)

$500.00 to cover neutering ($180), vaccinations ($50), Deworming ($5) and a licence for her dog, that she has left with my parents.

$700.00 to cover neutering ($120x4), vaccinations ($50x4), Deworming ($5x4) for 4 cats that she has left with my parents.

The rest is in hopes to help cover some costs so my parents do not continue to get tickets from the city for not having a front wall in there house. (Water damage caused the front of the house to expand and fall on the street).
