Family in Crisis: Rare Health Conditions

we are a family of 3 kids me there dad and our 2 cats. I am out of work do to a medical condition called cyclical vomiting syndrome. I wake up and I am sick I throw up and I am nauseous all day. i have been working to try and get disability butnthat is taking a while, my mom was helping us but she has to have back surgery. My oldest has a very rare kidney disease. And is not able to work and has been denied disability. we are out of options and We are about to lose the place we are living at. Anything would help to just keep a roof over all our heads.
