On Monday, September 9th, a massive flood arose in the north end of Everett. My family's lives in the north end of Everett and their house was flooded completely by the sewer system that couldn't handle that amount of water intake. All the floors in the inside of the house were filled with inches of water. Grieving the memories that have been made in the house, now the house has to be repaired completely. From the floors to the walls to the bedrooms and cabinets, to the amenities, it all needs to be fixed. My family has talked to the insurance company and they are giving a minimum amount of money for the house and that isn't enough to fix the family home. The cost to repair the family home is roughly 50,000 dollars. The house is being cleared out right now, but after that my family is in need for the money for repairs.
