Family have lost everything after house fire

We, The Feeney Family, are setting up this crowd funder to help Christopher and his fiancée Johana rebuild their lives after tragically losing everything in a house fire on 22nd May 2023 in Perth, Australia.

Thankfully everyone made it out of the house unharmed, including their 6 year old twin boys and 2 dogs but unfortunately the fire has destroyed everything they owned; clothes, toys, household goods and sentimental items. They also lost Christopher’s van which contained thousands of dollars’ worth of work tools and equipment. As a self-employed floor layer, this has been detrimental to the family’s only source of income and regrettably nothing is covered in the insurance meaning they are are having to start over from scratch.

Christopher and Johana have recently moved to Perth to rebuild their life after a series of previous set-backs. With Johana’s family in Colombia and Christopher’s family in Ireland, we feel heartbroken and helpless being so far away from them in their time of need. We are hoping this fundraiser will help to get them back on their feet again and reduce some of their stress and anguish during these uncertain times.
