Hi, we are the Rose & Crown, Stoke Poges. We are a small, family run, community pub. Serving friends and family in and around Stoke Poges. In recent months we have been devastated by Stroke and we are holding a charity family fun day in an attempt to raise awareness and funds for this debilitating illness. It's not only the patient that suffers, loved ones, friends and family are physically, mentally and financially affected when Stroke strikes and the help that the Stroke Assiciation provides is priceless to those directly affected. Our community is small but strong, we would like to bring people together to have some light hearted fun. We aim to help raise money for The Stroke Association to go towards their Research and Support others in a similar situation. If you can come on the day, please come and join us. If you can't make it to us on the 24th you can still support us with this fund raiser. Every penny counts, however small, 100% is going directly to the charity "The Stroke Association" we really would appreciate your support - thank you from the bottom of our hearts
