As some of you may know my son Ivar recently had open heart surgery at Leed's to close a large VSD and unfortunately ended up staying in hospital for the following 4 weeks as he developed a wound infection. Ivar is our little worrier and battled through not only heart surgery but fighting his infection and is doing absolutely amazing all thanks to the wonderful staff at Leed's congenital heart unit. We honestly cannot thank them enough for the care and support which Ivar and ourselves have received, so would like to raise money for this amazing charity so other children can benefit in the future just like our little warrior has.
