Life Changing Injury Donation
Hello everyone, I would like to help my brother and his family raise funds after a tragic event that has led to my brother suffering life-changing injuries.
On March 15, 2023 at around 4:30 pm my brother, like any other hard-working man, was headed to work to start his night shift. While driving my brother was shot in the neck by another driver on the I-5 North freeway near Kent, WA. My brother was rushed to the hospital and multiple surgeries were performed. As a result of this gun violence, my brother suffers life-altering injuries and emotional trauma to his wife and three young children. I would like to raise funds that will go towards my brother, sister-in-law, and little nieces and nephew.
During the lengthy rehabilitation process, the family will be focusing on the recovery and healing of the victim. Careers will be put to a hault as the family would like to provide all the long-term care necessary. The recovery time for the father, husband, son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, friend, co-worker etc. will take years and he is now faced with an extreme challenge to regain mobility while knowing that full mobility is unlikely.
If you know my brother, you know that he has always been active, athletic, and mentally and physically fit. He always has this "No Pain, No gain" attitude and lived the "No Excuses" lifestyle. Aside from the happiness of his family, sports and fitness is what kept him strong mentally and physically. He is now suffering his worse fear.
The family would like to dedicate all their time to provide the emotional and physical support for him and need help to maintain their necessary household expenses. The donations will also be used to retrofit the family's home so it's accessible for him and also obtain the required vehicle transportation that fits his disability. This tragic event has not only caused forseen financial hardships but they will also endure uncertainty and life-changing altercations will be made to their everyday lives. The funds will be directly deposited into his wife's account.
