Death does not have a definite course. It works by its rule and takes with it whoever it wants-sooner or later. We have been very much devastated by a loss of our beloved grandmother-Late Mrs. Ram Maya Bhattarai, 93. She passed away at her own house in Liverpool, NY, surrounded by her family members. Late Mrs. Bhattarai, a mother to Mr. Tika Ram Bhattarai and Mr. Tila Chan Bhattarai, originally hailed from Budichhu, Chirang, Bhutan. She lived temporarily in Beldangi 1, Sector E before getting resettled in Syracuse, NY in 2008. One of her daughters, Dil M Adhikari is in Liverpool but one has been mourning the death of her mother in Bhutan. The funeral services have been completed.

Late grandmother has been known to many, and loved and respected by old and youngs alike. We are aware that you would visit the family and share their sorrows in person had the situation been favorable.  However, COVID-19 has been the greatest obstacle.  Let's pray for the family and help them financially through the online fund drive. The family will be performing  rituals and mourn the death according to their religion and culture.  At this difficult time, I would like to request all of us to come together to help the family complete her death rituals successfully.
