Family in need during trying time

Today, my mom, Roxanne and I, are raising money to help a close friend in need.

In the matter of a few short weeks, her family has taken on some of the toughest hardships a family could ever imagine. At the beginning of September, Nichole’s mother passed away, and this last week she welcomed a beautiful granddaughter. Just when a new life was brought into the world, another beautiful soul was taken out. Within 12 hours, Nichole received a phone call that no mother ever wants to answer. Her 28 year old daughter, passed away unexpectedly. She had an 8 year old son, Deshaun, who’s now without his mother.

This fundraiser is to help Nichole and her family with the funds to pay for her daughters funeral arrangements and to help provide for her grandson who will now be placed in her care full time.
