Please help family access critical medical care and avoid homelessness

Justin is the father of two children. His medical journey is quite remarkable; he has battled cancer and its effects on and off since his diagnosis of a very aggressive pediatric cancer.

Justin needs surgery, which he is not able to have at this time because his family is facing impending homelessness. The family is currently in temporary housing without heat or hot water. They have been accepted for Section 8 housing, but have been advised the wait could be as long as 8 years and that their best option would be a homeless shelter.
