Saving family life in Gaza

Hi I’m Mo Qasem from Palestine Gaza resident in Australia since 4 years and overseas since 7 years , after a long journey overseas I managed to pay my beautiful family in Gaza a visit last March 2023 without seeing them for a whole 6 years , it was so emotional and heart touching getting reunited and seeing beautiful Gaza that I got raised in after a long years

this fundraising will help my beloved 4 family members to reach safety zone and survive the bombing by heading from Gaza into Cairo Egypt

Why I'm fundraising

I’ve been big support of my family hopes , needs , and dreams while I was travelling on my own for 7 years, and now I’m so desperate and feeling useless for not being able to support them anymore during this crazy war

I’m fundraising now to at least save their lives and get them away from bombs as our city is wiped out and there’s No where save for them they asked me if I can get them to Cairo in Egypt with no intentions in travelling any further so I won’t be getting them to Australia as they wish to stay save next to Palestine for while , I managed to know the estimated cost of the border and travel fees for 4 people plus the rent and food cost for 2 once they reach safety , it’s really overwhelming for me as someone who’s staying on the other side of the planet and can’t do much so I decided to get the help of great people who share the grief and sadness of gaza people

The impact of your support

Saving my beautiful family after we lost half of our house from bombing , my family can’t live in it anymore and they have to keep moving from place to another to survive death

mom , dad , sister , brother lives will mean a lot to me as I can’t practice any normal life here from the stress and grief

I lost a lot of friends , neighbours and loved ones since the past 90 days and I just wish that my own family won’t be next

atm I received a message from them saying that the whole area is getting bombed from sky , sea and tanks and I’m praying that they make it alive

the fund will be used into getting them away from the bombs by reaching Cairo next to Gaza , they want to stay there to survive and help their mental health for while

fingers crossed that everything will be fine with them later
