Family Emergency Due To A Serious Accident

My husband was in a serious car accident a week ago. He spent a few days in ICU on a ventilator and will have a long recovery ahead of him (he suffers from 2 broken ribs, fractures in his knee, neck, and nose).

He was/is our only financial provider as I am a SAHM with 2 of our 4 children, one being a 4-month-old solely breastfed baby boy. Our only means of transportation was totaled in the accident. We only had liability on our car, so we have no way of replacing it. It was completely totaled, and we have a lot of appointments coming up for my husband before he can get back to work and then in need of transportation to get back and forth to work and our kids’ appointments as well. Most of our family is hours away so it’s hard to get them down here to commute us and most people dont have enough room in their vehicles to commute us all if needed.

Plus all of life’s other responsibilities, diapers, electric, propane to heat our home, and rent are coming due. We are desperately needing help getting a new vehicle and staying afloat under my husband can recover. Please do not feel obligated to donate anything, I know with it being around the holidays everything is tight but if you could spare a dollar or two it would be greatly appreciated!
