Family emergencies when sick and our home please

Hi, I’m Vanessa I’ve been sick for 16 years so since I was 15, I’ve been diagnosed with stiff person syndrome 9 years ago. It’s a one in a million autoimmune disease that causes Charlie horses in every muscle, or spasms, tries to break ur bone( which I’ve broken 2 now).Suffocate our lungs throat and clenches jaws to the point I’ve had my teeth broken because the muscles tightens up so bad it can’t relax, also unbearable pain. in out of hospitals and rehabilitation to relearn how to walk.I use an upright walker for long distance walking which it 100ft or more for me.Eventually with become immobilized and havnt been able to work in 4 years since then my husband been my caregiver as well as us taking care or our three small kids. 8 year old boy, 7 year old and 5 year old girl. So we been on government assistance and been struggling with our home now and our living. We would use all donations to the house and fix floor because we have holes in the floor from being so old and we can’t move yet. We want safety for the kids to run around and us be able to pay for gas to take us to doctors and school and the emergencies I have as well as my husband sickness, No AC for summer, help with power and gas to and from appointment. I’m not so good at explaining everything we need I don’t want to seem like it’s complaining but we just want to be able to breathe and take care of our family.
