Family Displaced by Ceiling Collapse

Hi, my name is Brittany, and I’m a mom doing everything I can to keep my three young children safe.

Recently, our ceiling caved in, and our landlord refused to repair the damage. We were forced to leave our home with nowhere to go but a hotel. I’m doing my best to find a new, safe place for my children, but between unexpected costs, moving expenses, and caring for my kids, it’s overwhelming.

To make matters worse, my landlord is illegally withholding my security deposit and rent, and I now have to come up with money to take her to court.

We’re currently living out of a hotel room, trying to hold it all together. My girls deserve a stable, peaceful home again, and I’m determined to make that happen. But I can’t do it alone.

This fundraiser will help us:

• Cover hotel and basic living expenses

• Pay legal fees to recover our money

• Secure a new place to live and furnish it with essentials for the kids
