In Memoriam of Tim Peterson
Donation protected
On Saturday May 16th, Tim left us to be with our Lord and Savior in Heaven. Our family is devastated by the loss, and we collectively mourn for the absence of a great friend, husband, and father.
We are saddened not to have his smile warm our hearts, and the world seems hushed without his bellowing laughter to fill the room. Anyone who knew him would be quick to say that despite his intense look, and passion for combat sports, getting to befriend Tim revealed the lovable teddy bear within.
And as we process the grief we personally feel, we also look to the reality of what has been left behind for Tim’s family: his wife Vanessa, and their daughter Zoe, who just celebrated her second birthday, are now missing an integral part of their lives.
Tim’s celebration of life will take place at Reddy’s Retreat on Friday, May 22nd, a return to the place of their welcome home party they received upon Vanessa’s completion of Army service in Belgium. Tim’s fondness for mixed martial arts, heavy metal music, and black t-shirts does not lend sentiment to sending flowers in his memory. If you are moved by the loss of this wonderful man and feel compelled to support his family, this Go Fund Me has been established to support the immediate financial hardships left behind from the unexpected passing in lieu of flowers.
