Kym, 52 years old, dedicated her life to helping people and families as an addiction counselor , marriage therapist, child therapist and family counselor.
She recently opened her own practice Healing Garden Counseling located in Enfield, CT. She also practiced at Stafford Family Services helping those areas as well.
She is the most kind, caring, loving mother, sister and friend and if you Kym, you know that she would take the shirt off her back for anyone in need.
Her husband, Ralph, passed away from terminal lung cancer only 2 years ago. Now Kym is terminal herself with stomach cancer and was told she only has limited time left.
Kym has limited savings due to her husband’s Cancer fight and supporting a family of 5, especially now during the times of Covid.
She has started Chemotherapy to keep her comfortable as a palliative measure and is unlikely to be able to return to work. She needs help paying the bills for the next several months and to help Kym’s older daughter to raise her teenage sister once Kym passes.
As we think about Kym, we also think about the four children she is leaving behind including her thirteen yearold daughter who will no longer have a mommy or daddy. Now this family is in need of help. Help us give back to someone who has dedicated her life to helping others in the community. Any donations would help the family greatly.
