Family Business Under Vandalism: Help Save Greek n' Go

Over the last few months, our family business has been hit with one act of vandalism after another — not just at one spot, but across all three of our food trucks:

* All of my work items were stolen and destroyed. **Police File: 2025-3500**

* Our locked generator was vandalized. Repair cost: **\$21,095. Police File: CX25-11977**

* The door handles on our truck were broken, and our tablets — the ones we need for delivery apps — were stolen. **Police File: VI25-23785**

* **Today:** Our main electricity cord was cut through. **Victoria File: 25-33014**

* A huge rock was thrown at our truck.

* One month ago, someone removed our electricity cord (not reported).

We have cameras. We have reported everything to the police. Yet, nothing can be done.

Insurance doesn’t save us — we must pay a **\$1,000 deductible** out of pocket every time before they even cover a portion (80%), and all of these are separate incidents.

We are a family!!! We are proud to serve our community with authentic Greek food. But running food trucks is harder than most people can imagine: carrying everything in and out of a commercial kitchen every single day, heavy labor, endless hours, constant setup and breakdown.

We do it because we love our community — but now we are tired, hurting, and asking for your support.

## Cost of Damages

* Generator replacement & repair: **\$21,095**

* Back door locks & labour: **\$900**

* Window lock & labour: **\$450**

* Main electricity cord & labour estimate (happened today): **\$1,300**

* Security cameras (inside & outside): **\$400**

* Extra locks & supplies: **\$200**

* Lost value of broken/stolen equipment: **\$2,000** *(insurance only covers part)*

* Tablets for delivery apps: **\$600**

* Food loss (no electricity, fridges/freezers dead): **\$5,000**

**Total damages: \$31,945**

Why We Need Your Help

This is not random. It cannot be multiple strangers coincidentally targeting our Cook Street location, our Keating location, and our events truck.

Three different trucks. Three years of business. Three-time “Best Food Truck” winners.

And still, someone is trying to break us.
