Family and Medical assistance

Hello my name is Tyrone Flowers, I am a father of 5 young boys. On Tuesday April 18th, 2023 while on the road working I received notice that my 25yr old wife suffered from a stroke. She has undergone extensive testing that discovered other underlying medical conditions. My wife is currently in Albany Medical Center where she would undergo heart surgery very soon. I started my career a little under a year ago and due to the current circumstances I have to take unpaid leave from work to take care of our children. Our main priority for the family is to make sure my wife gets fully recovered but our family will certainly suffer a financial hardship with me being the sole provider for the household and having no income.
