Friends and Family of Jeremy and Connie Chatelain

Jeremy and Connie have touched so many lives with their goodness and friendship. Shortly before Jeremy went into hospice care, he and I spoke about his goal have their house paid for before he passed. He wanted their home to be a part of his passing that would be no additional cause for concern for Connie. They had made concerted effort towards this aim for quite some time, and made very impressive progress. However, a balance still remains. Jeremy's wish was that, in lieu of flowers, friends and family instead would have a place to make donations towards this final earthly wish of his. To simplify this, and to make it easy for people to share Jeremy's story, we decided that a gofundme would be the best way to accomplish this.
