On Wednesday afternoon we got the devastating news that no one was prepared to hear... Lisa passed at 4.10 pm... Our thoughts are with Her Mother , Levi and Ivy, Ben, her Brothers and Sisters, Aunt Mim, her Father and all of her family and Friends... Please dig deep as these to little Angels that have had their mother taken way to young will need alot of support... RIP beautiful Lisa... you will be missed and there is a huge hole in everyones heart that nothing can fill... Our support will be focused on Della, Ben and Lisa's Angels Levi and Ivy...
